2. User Eligibility

• Users must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
• Use of the Platform is prohibited where restricted by law.

3. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• All activities conducted under an account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Orkun Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Listings and Content

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of listings.
• Users must not upload, publish, or distribute unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Orkun Shop reserves the right to remove content without notice.

5. Transactions

• All transactions are concluded directly between Buyers and Sellers.
• Orkun Shop does not guarantee product quality, safety, or legality.
• Users acknowledge that they engage in transactions at their own risk.

6. Payments

• Payments may be processed through third-party providers.
• Orkun Shop is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or disputes.
• Users are responsible for all financial obligations, including taxes and fees.
